PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated material capable of also shaping a reinforced layer simultaneously with the shaping of a thermoplastic resin sheet, cured by ultraviolet rays and visible light, having high design effect and excellent appearance and reduced in thickness and wt. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced resin laminated material is formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet and a fiber reinforced resin sheet. In this case, the fiber reinforced resin sheet consists of a resin selected from an unsaturated polyester resin, a vinyl ester resin and an acrylic resin, a photopolymerization initiator, a thickner containing a thermoplastic resin powder as an effective component and a fiber reinforcing material.
