PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flush a soiled cleaning section to a toilet stool after being from a holding section after use by constituting a cleaning section of a paper decomposably with water, by forming the holding section for holding the cleaning section and a handle formed in one body with the holding section of a resin or thick paper, and by detachably attaching the cleaning section to the holding section. SOLUTION: The toilet stool cleaning device 1 comprises a handle 2 and a holding section 4 holding a cleaning section 3. The handle 2 is formed from thick paper which is hard to be deformed when the handle 2 is wet in a toilet stool. The cleaning section 3 held in the holding section 4 is formed from resoluble paper having a thickness of about 5 to 10 mm and processed by sterilizing treatment. The holding section 4 is formed in one body with the handle 2, and has a structure for hooking the cleaning paper 3 at both side surfaces of a base section. Since anyone can easily clean stains and filthy things in the toilet stool or the like the cleaning device 1 after use, and the soiled cleaning section 3 can be flushed by water, a trouble for maintaining the cleaning device 1 can be reduced and an excellent effect in a sanitary aspect can be obtained.
