PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject aqueous emulsion adhering with both of a polar base material such as nylon or polystyrene and a non-polar base material such as polyethylene or polypropylene by dispersing a resin particle containing an olefinic polymer and an acrylic polymer in the same particle into water. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by dispersing a resin particle containing (A) 95-10 wt.% of an olefinic polymer preferably as an ethylene- butene copolymer or an ethylene.vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., and (B) 5-90 wt.%, based on a total weight of the components A and B, of an acrylic polymer in the same particle, and having 10 nm-500μm weight average particle diameter into water. The component B is preferably obtained by polymerizing an acrylic monomer containing styrene and/or 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate in at least a part of itself. The composition is useful for lamination of various plastic films with each other.
