SOLUTION: In a roasting apparatus 2, the heating condition of coffee beans is suitably controlled by checking a temperature Sb in a roasting vessel 21 before starting the roasting treatment and suitably adjusting the objective temperature So in a higher or lower level with considering the temperature Sb in the roasting vessel 21. Thus, heating of coffee beans is just enough and suitably carried out and the roasting is always kept in a suitable state. |
