PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canopy structure of a construction machine having posts improving the properties of an operator's getting-one or off motion. SOLUTION: In a canopy structure of a construction machine having a canopy roof 2 provided above an operator's seat mounted on an upper slewing body and supported by a plurality of posts 3, 4, the upper slewing body 42 is provided with a main entrance/exit a formed at one side part through which an operatior can get on or off the operator's seat and an auxiliary entrance/exit provided at the front end part thereof apart from the entrance/exit a. A first post 4a and a second post 4b supporting both the front ends of the canopy roof 2 in these posts are connected to a neighboring part of the entrance/exit a and a neighboring part of the auxiliary entrance/exit in the vicinity of the front end of the upper slewing body 42 respectively. At least the lower part of the second post 4b is disposed rearward from the first post 4a.
