PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece cutting device and a workpiece cutting method capable of improving cutting precision and productivity. SOLUTION: A slider 18 is slidably installed on rails 16a, 16b on a column 14 provided on a bed 12. On a front surface of the slider 18, a rotation shaft 30 having plural cutting blade blocks 28 is rotatably supported by support parts 26a, 26b. Each cutting blade block 28 includes plural cutting blades 40 and thick cutting blades 42 at both ends. Right under the cutting blade block 28 above the bed 12, a table 47 having a recessed part 46 having a V-shaped cross section is disposed, and plural workpieces 54 are disposed on the recessed part 46 through disposition plates 50a, 50b, and coating material 52a, 52b. The workpiece 54 is fixed by a fixing member 56. The cutting blades 40, 42 are rotated while lowering to cut the work 54. At this time, coolant 72 is discharged from supply ports 86a, 86b in a coolant supply part 80, and from a supply port 74 in a coolant supply passage 68. |
