PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a force to press an oscillation scroll against a frame by a refrigerant in the middle of compression. SOLUTION: An oscillation scroll 11 is slidably situated on a frame 12. In this case, a crank support 25 in which a crank 24 situated on a motor shaft 20 is inserted in a fit-in state is situated at the oscillation scroll 11 on the slide surface side. A recessed crank chamber 23 is formed in the frame 12 on the slide surface side so that the crank support 25 is movable. A communication hole 52 is formed in a manner to intercommunicate a crank chamber 23 and compression chamber 19. By increasing the pressure of the crank chamber 23, a force to press the oscillation scroll 11 in the direction of the frame 12 is offset by a refrigerant under compression.
