PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble an arched roof frame by introducing tension to a tension member without using a jack, and to reduce construction cost and shorten the term of works. SOLUTION: Long-sized tension members 24 are arranged on the undersides of chord members and beam materials constituting a reinforcing frame 22 so as to be extended on the diagonals of a lattice space and tension is introduced, thus largely decreasing the number of the tension members 24, then reducing material cost. Intersections 26c, 26d for fixing are positioned at the upper sections of the tension members 24, both end sections of the tension members 24 are fixed at intersections 26a, 26b at two positions separate in the linear direction, interposing the intersections for fixing, the tension members 24 are pushed up gradually towards the intersections for fixing, and tension is introduced to the tension members 24 by fixing the tension members 24 at the intersections for fixing, thus facilitating the introducing works of tension to the tension members 24.
