PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity regarding cutting of steel pipes and the like, to quicken operations, and to enhance safety. SOLUTION: A cutting process part 2 has a hydraulically driven clamping member 31 which keeps a main body casing 11 immobile relative to the interior wall part of a steel pipe or the like by projecting laterally from the main body casing 11 advanced into the steel pipe or the like, and pressing the interior wall part of the steel pipe or the like. The cutting process part 2 also has a hydraulically driven rotary casing 12 provided at the end of the main body casing 11 in such a way as to be rotatable relative to the main body casing 11 to hold a hydraulically driven cutting blade 32 projected toward the interior wall part while the main body casing 11 is kept immobile inside the steel pipe or the like. The cutting process part 2 is provided with a hydraulic drive part serving as a pressure oil source for hydraulic equipment in the cutting process part 2 and adapted to monitor the pressure of pressure oil to at least the drive part of the cutting blade 32.
