PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or sheet which does not suffer coloring or discoloration with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: The title adhesive tape or sheet comprises a substrate comprising a polyolefinic resin and an adhesive layer formed on one side or on both sides thereof, a phenolic and a phosphorus-containing antioxidants being incorporated into the substrate. Desirably, the phenolic and the phosphorus-containing antioxidants are admixed each in an amount of 0.05-1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the olefinic resin.
