PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of giving a molding having good mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy and excellent appearance by dispersing a fibrillated liquid crystal resin in a thermoplastic resin which is crosslinked and therefore has a high melt viscosity. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal resin (0.5-30 wt.%), 70-99.5 wt.% thermoplastic resin having a difference of 500-1,500 P, desirably, 500-1,000 P between the melt viscosity and that of the thermoplastic resin when measured near the liquid crystal transition point of the liquid crystal resin and at a shear rate of 1,000 sec-1, 0.05-1.5 pts.wt., 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin, crosslinking agent are fed into an extruder 11 at the transition point of the liquid crystal resin or higher, melt-kneaded, and extruded from the substantially cylindrical resin passage of a mold attached to the front end of the extruder 11 to obtain a cylindrical parison. This parison is clamped with a shaping mold coinciding with the article to be formed in shape. A blow pin 12 is driven into the clamped parison, and compressed air is fed into the parison through the pin 12 to disperse a fibrillated liquid crystal resin 2 in the crosslinked thermoplastic resin 1.
