<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercritical water reaction device capable of continuing supercritical water reaction at a stable reaction temp. even at the time of feeding a liquid to be treated, which contains a water soluble organic material, and a hydrophobic organic material simultaneously to a reactor. SOLUTION: The supercritical water reaction device 40 is a device for the superaritical water reaction of the organic material by feeding a 1st liquid to be treated, which contains water and the water soluble organic material, and a petroleum based hydrocarbon compound as an assistant fuel to the reactor 12 and the flow out line after the reactor 12 except the feed lines of the liquid to be treated and the assistant fuel has the same structure as the conventional supercritical water reaction device. The device is provided with an emulsification device 42 as a dispersing. mixing means, an emulsion. tank 44 housing an emulsion flowing out from the emulsification device 42 and a feed pump 46 for feeding emulsion from the emulsion.tank 44 to the reactor 12 in the feed line of the liquid to be treated and the assistant fuel. The supercritical water reaction is continued at a stable reaction temp. because the liquid to be treated and the assistant fuel form the emulsion and are fed to the reactor as a reaction fluid having uniform concentration of the organic material.</p> |
