PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject accelerating agent useful for the treatment and prevention of rheumatoid arthritis, spondylosis deformans, etc., caused by a cartilage disturbance by containing a specific oxadiazolyldihydropyridine derivative. SOLUTION: This objective accelerating agent is obtained by containing an oxadiazolyl-1,4-dihydropyridine derivative of formula I [A, B are each N or C; T1 is a lower alkylene or the like; X is a group of formula II: N(R6) (R6 is H, a lower alkyl or the like); Z is N(R7) (R7 is H, a lower alkyl or the like); R1, R5 are each a lower alkyl or the like; R2 is an aryl or the like; R3 is pyridyl or the like; R4 is H, cyano or the like] or its pharmaceutically permissible salts. The accelerating agent is preferably a treating agent of a cartilage disturbance and osteoarthritis. In preparation, preferably a stabilizing agent (e.g.; albumin) is added. The administering amount of the compound of the formula I is 1-100 mg daily by preferably dividing it one to several times.
