PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear moving robot device to decompress a containing space in which a power transmission means to transmit power of a drive source to a ball screw shaft is provided. SOLUTION: This linear moving robot device is provided with a first casing 1 having a first containing space 1a in which a ball screw shaft 6 and a nut body are contained, a second casing having a second containing space 15a in which a drive source 16 is contained, a power transmission means 21 provided between a drive shaft 17 of the drive source protruded from one end surface of the second casing 15 and one end part of the ball screw shaft 6 protruded from one end surface of the first casing 1 to transmit rotation of the drive shaft 17 to the ball screw shaft 6, a cover body 18 to cover one end surfaces of the first casing 1 and the second casing 15 for forming a third containing space 19 to contain the power transmission means, an exhaust hole 7 formed axially through the ball screw shaft 6 and communicated with the third containing space 19 at one end, and an evacuation pump 25 provided to be communicated with the other end of the exhaust hole 7 to reduce pressure in the third containing space 19 through the exhaust hole 7.
