PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water production device that water to be electrolyzed is automatically supplied and the produced electrolytic water is automatically taken out without any manual work or a pump, and it is designed so that the production of the electrolytic water is stopped when a necessary amount of it is produced, and again the production is started when it is necessitated. SOLUTION: Position relation of a water supply tank 1, an electrolytic tank 5 and a water storage tank 7 is such that the water S to be electrolyzed is naturally fed to the electrolytic tank 5 and also the electrolyzed water T is naturally fed to the water storage tank 7 respectively by gravity, and also between respective upper part air collection parts 1X, 7X of both the water supply tank 1 and the water storage tank 7 are communicatively connected with an air introduction pipe 9 and when a water surface TA of the electrolyzed water T reached a full water level clogs an introduction port 9B, the introduction of air into the water supply tank 1 is stopped and water supply of the water S to be electrolyzed to the electrolytic tank 5 is stopped.
