PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the clogging of a suction port by solidification of solid oil. SOLUTION: The suction port of the filter device 15, which is disposed with filter paper in a filter oil tank 17 housing the fused solid oil 20, is connected with a circulating pump in the suction port 19 arranged at the bottom of this filter oil tank, circulates the fused solid oil by this circulating pump and filters the oil by the filter paper, is constituted rotatably by a movable device 21. This movable device is so constituted as to position an inflow opening 33 of the suction port opposite to the base surface 25 of the oil tank when the temperature above the melting point of the solid oil is attained and to position part of the inflow opening of the suction port to a position apart from the oil level 34B of the solidified solid oil remaining in the oil tank at the time of end of the filtration when the temperature below the melting point of the solid oil is attained.
