PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and easily manufacturing shoes capable of giving an appearance like real shoes with minuteness and elaborateness. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing shoes in a paper doll with shoes worn on its both feet comprises the steps of covering a paper insole 11 with a paper ramp part 13 to bond the lower end peripheral edge part of the ramp to the lower surrace of the insole 11, inserting the lower end part of a leg part 17 formed in a tubular shape with a cardboard into the rear end side of the insole 11, sticking the heel part 19 made of paper along the lower end outer peripheral surface part of the leg part 17 to the rear end part of the heel part 13, sticking the lower end peripheral edge part of the quarter 19 to the lower surface of the insole 11 and bonding a heel bottom made of a cardboard to the rear end part of a outsole.
