PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sharp-edged hand tool in which grip members can be easily attached to and detached from the sharp-edged hand tool main body. SOLUTION: Scissors 11 are provided with a pair of scissors pieces 12 which are connected together and rotatably supported by a support shaft 13 at the substantially central parts thereof. A pair of holes 14 are longitudinal arranged at a prescribed interval at the base end part of each scissors piece 12. A pair of grip members 15 are formed of wire rods made of elastic material in coil spring shapes. Both the ends of the wire rod are bent to form a pair of insert parts 16. Then, the respective insert part 16 of the grip member 15 are inserted into the pair of holes 14 of each scissors piece 12 in a staggered manner with respect to the direction pressed by fingers upon its use. Thus, the grip member 15 is detachably attached to each scissors piece 12.
