PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make smoothly performable cleaning and wiping with a single body of a pad and to improve the working efficiency at cleaning and wiping by forming a structure stuck by bonding or welding a first section having a high property for absorbing water and a second section having a low property for absorbing water and high rigidity. SOLUTION: A cleaning part has a structure stuck by heat welding or bonding a first soft urethane foam layer a (urethane foaming member) and a second polyethylene foam layer b (polyethylene forming member). Foam of independent foaming is used for a polyethylene foam section, and a high rigidity foam is used. The polyethylene foam has a structure which has slightly low property for absorbing water and can prevent water from intruding from the urethane foam. Cleaning work and wiping work are effectively conducted with the united cleaning part and pushing force can be easily given to the cleaning part because of a proper thickness to realize effective wiping work.
