agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotavator has frame and shaft with disks mounted on shaft. Disks carry knives. Rotavator is further provided with knives angle changing device. Each disk has inner, middle and outer rings. Inner and middle rings are connected by rollers. Balls are placed between middle and outer rings so that roller bearing is formed. Inner ring of drive disk is connected to drive mechanism. Outer ring of drive ring is connected to outer rings of driven disks through pivot joints. Knives angle changing device is joined to middle ring of driven disk which is positioned at shaft end opposed to drive disk. EFFECT: improved quality of soil crumbling regardless of soil mechanical properties and simplified construction. 7 dwg
