PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cracking resistance and sealing property by specifying each film thickness of the top end surface, both surfaces and side surfaces, which slide on the roller circumferential surface, cylinder groove inner surface and cylinder groove side walls of a compressor, respectively, of a wear resisting film formed on the surface of a vane. SOLUTION: A vane 6 is molded into a flat plate shape having a top end surface R to slide on the roller circumferential surface of a compressor, both surfaces S consisting of two parallel faces to slide on the cylinder groove inner surface, and side surfaces H to slide on the cylinder groove side walls. In a wear resisting film formed on the surface of the vane 6, the film thickness of the top end surface R is set to 1μm or more and less than 5μm the film thickness of both the surfaces S to 0.5μm or more and less than 3μm, and the film thickness of the side surfaces H to 0.5μm or more and less than 2μm. According to this, the stress is reduced to prevent the cracking, and the adhesive property and precision of parallelism are improved. A compressor vane having excellent crack resistance and high sealing property can be thus provided.
