PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film excellent in automatic wrapping machine suitability, restorability, transparency, heat resistance (bottom selability), mechanical strength, elongation, film firmness, antifoggingness, autotackiness, and cost. SOLUTION: This film is characterized by that the stresses shown by formula 1 and formula 2 described below satisfy 130-160 g/cm and 160-340 g/cm whenθ=π/5: formula 1: MD30 cosθ+TD30 cos(π/2-θ), and formula 2: MD200cosθ+ TD200cos(π/2--θ) [MD30, TD30, MD200 and TD200 are the tensile stresses (stress/ film width) in the longitudinal direction (machine direction: MD) and width direction (transverse direction: TD) of the film 1 at 30% elongation and 200% elongation, respectively].
