PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water delivery device and a toilet device equipped with the water delivery device whose cleaning nozzle is contrived to always face a correct direction when hooking the nozzle on a hanger to prevent water from dripping onto the floor. SOLUTION: In a water delivery device provided with a water supply part 6, a cleaning nozzle 10 handled with a hand, a flexible hose connecting the water supply part 5 and the cleaning nozzle 10, and a hanger 9 on which the cleaning nozzle 10 is hooked, a positioning device is provided in the cleaning nozzle 10 and the hanger 9 so that the cleaning nozzle 10 always faces a specified direction 9 when hooking the cleaning nozzle 10 on the hanger. The positioning device can be constituted of a guide groove formed in the hanger 9 and a protrusion formed in the cleaning nozzle 10 or a deformed and irrotational shape in the engaging part of the cleaning nozzle 10 and the hanger 9.
