PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to cut down multiple detection means including a door switch or a signal wire that connects a position detection switch, which is for detecting the position of driving motor, to a microcomputer. SOLUTION: A water level detection switch 29, which detects that the water level becomes normal water level, is connected to the ground line through a lead wire 52a, and a resistance 54, 55. A flood water detection switch 36, which detects it being the abnormal water level, is connected to the common connection point of resistance 54 and 55 through a lead wire 52a, and a resistance 56. The common connection point of resistance 54, 56 and resistance 55 is connected to the AIN1 port of microcomputer 40, and since its voltage becomes the different leveled analog signal according to the on-off state of each switch 29, 36, the microcomputer 40 is possible to judge the on-off state of each switch 29, 36 based on the voltage of AIN1 port.
