PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both sides of a cloth and the size thereof adjustable by providing a reversibly movable and short/long usable fastener in the position spaced from the end of the cloth by a placket part. SOLUTION: An insert hole 4 is provided in the position spaced from the end 2 of a cloth 1 by a placket part 3, a cord 5 is inserted thereto, and both ends are knotted so as not to be come off from the insert hole 4. Both the cords 5 to be fastened are pulled out to the surface side and fastened together in the state where the placket parts 3 are folded. One cord 5 is pulled out to the surface side, the other cord 5 is pulled out to the reverse side, and the both are fastened in the state where the placket part 3 are folded. One cord 5 is pulled out to the surface side, the other cord 5 is pulled out to the reverse side, and the one cord 5 is fastened to the other cord 5 in the state where the placket part 3 on the one cord 5 side is extended, and the placket part 3 on the other cord 5 side is folded.
