PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily deliver a hose through into the injection port of a tank to a tank bottom. SOLUTION: This recovery device 20 is formed, such that a hose 21 is inserted through the injection port 14 of a tank to store liquid and deliver the hose 21 in the tank 11 by a feeding mechanism 22, and recover liquid in the tank 11 by a vacuum pump 23. In this case, the delivery mechanism consists of a mechanism to rotate the hose with the hose being delivered or pulled back, and the hose 21 is provided on its tip side with a tip jig 27, wherein P portion extending from the central part of the hose 21 to its tip is offset. A rotary joint 26 for allowing rotation of the hose 21 is situated on the vacuum pump 23 side.
