PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have excellent moldability of a pattern layer and to prevent crack occurrence by a method in which a support sheet of good dimensional stability is laminated peelably on one side of a substrate sheet excellent in moldability, the ink pattern layer of good moldability is formed on the other side, and a broken linear holes are formed on the molding/non-molding part boundary of the support sheet. SOLUTION: A support sheet 3 having broken linear holes on a molding/non- molding part boundary by a biaxially oriented polyester film and others is laminated peelably on a substrate sheet 2 of an acrylic resin and others by heat press or an adhesive and others, a pattern layer 5 is formed on the opposite side by an ink containing pigment and others as a coloring agent to make an insert material. The insert material is heated/softened by a preliminarily molding mold 7, made to contact the surface of the mold 7 by vacuum suction and/or compressed air, cut in the broken line part, removed from the mold 7, and after the residual support sheet 3 being removed, arranged in a molding mold, and a resin is injected/solidified to be molded integrally with the insert material. An article excellent in moldability of the pattern layer 5, free from crack occurrence, and good in appearance is made.
