PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce glass having reduced fogging, especially glass having reduced fogging suitable for vehicles, which exhibits stably fogging-reduced performance and maintains the performance for a long period of time with good durability and which is obtained at a low cost. SOLUTION: A substantially transparent film having an adhesion energy of water of <=73.0 mJ/m2 is provided at the inside of the window glass. The transparent film is formed by providing a fluorine compound and/or silicone compound on the glass. A substantially transparent ground layer is provided, if necessary, before coating the fluorine compound and/or silicone compound.
