PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simplify die changing work in changing the height of a container. SOLUTION: A liquid discharging head 5 is held by both clamping mechanisms 23, 26 at a tip of a movable arm 4A of a robot. The liquid discharging head 5 comprises a recovery pipe 25, six nozzles 31 mounted thereon, and a gas pipe 28. When the liquid discharging head 5 is lowered and a seal member 9 covers a mouth portion of a container 2, the recovery pipe 25 and the nozzles 31 are lowered by an air cylinder 18, and a lower end portion of the nozzles 31 is inserted in the container 2. Since the gas is introduced in the container 2 through the gas pipe 28, the liquid in the container 2 is discharged into the recovery pipe 28 through the nozzles 31. When the size of the container 2 is changed, an adapter 41 mounted on the nozzles 31 is changed, and the elevating/ lowering quantity of the liquid discharging head 5 may be changed.
