PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a front grille easily and detachably to a body panel and improve appearance. SOLUTION: This mounting structure has a mounting hole opened in a body panel 1 to mount by a clip 5 which is inserted into the mounting hole. In this case, a strut of the clip 5 is provided on a rear surface of a front grill 3 while two flexible arms 8, 9 of the clip 5 are provided on both side surfaces at an end of the strut, and one of the arms 8 is provided with a recessed part to be locked by the mounting hole.
