PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically decide quality fault of corrugated fiberboard sheet such as a laminating fault, a warp or the like via on-line in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The corrugator comprises a first temperature sensor 28 for measuring a temperature of a corrugating material 23 immediately before supplying to corrugating rolls 25U, 25D for molding a corrugation, a second temperature sensor 29 for measuring a temperature of a liner 17 immediately after laminating with the corrugating medium 23, and a quality deciding means for deciding quality fault of a laminated state of the material 23 and the liner 29. If the temperatures measured by the sensors 28, 29 are respectively predetermined temperatures or above, the deciding means regards being arrived at a paste liquid temperature for laminating the medium 23 and the liner 16 and the temperature for obtaining desired connecting characteristics, and decides that the laminating state is good. On the contrary, if the temperatures measured by the sensors 28, 29 are lower than the predetermined temperatures, respectively, the means decides that the laminating state is not good.
