PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which has a wide range of molding conditions and is almost free from the generation of a curl and further, shows transparency and rigidity required for PTP packaging with an outstanding suitability for molding PVC by forming the sheet of respectively specific resins for the outer, inner and intermediate layers of the sheet under a five-layer structure of an outer layer, an adhesive resin layer, an intermediate layer, an adhesive resin layer and an inner layer. SOLUTION: At least an outer layer and an inner layer constituting a multi- layer sheet of five layers formed of a polypropylene resin and an intermediate layer is formed of a non-crystalline polyethylene terephthalate resin or a polystyrene resin. The polypropylene resin is a polypropylene homopolymer or a mixture thereof or the like and the polystyrene resin is a polybutadiene or the like. In addition, for the non-crystalline polyethylene terephthalate copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester is used which gives superb moldability, curling characteristics, transparency and rigidity to a PTP sheet. Further, for an adhesive resin layer between the inner and outer layers and the intermediate layer, the resin is used which bonds PP with PETG without impairing the basic properties for PTP use applications.
