PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for cylinder rod extension capable of surely detecting the completion of the carburetor tilting-up of a large vehicle by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The extension detector 70 of a carburetor tilt cylinder 40 is provided with a stroke detecting plate 71 fixed to a cylinder rod 43 and moved following its elongation/contraction, a switch push lever 73 rotatably attached to a cylinder main body 40A to be abutted on the plate 71, a return spring for energizing it, and a cylinder extension detecting switch 75. The switch push lever 73 turns the cylinder extension detecting switch SW 75 ON/OFF according to the abutting or no abutting of the cantilever 73B of the plate 71 on the plate 71. |
