PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away diaper of a shorts type having easily disposable stretchable side panels. SOLUTION: This throw-away diaper has a main body 10 including a liquid permeable front surface sheet 11, a liquid impermeable rear surface sheet 12 and an absorber interposed between both sheets. The main body 10 is segmented to an abdomen side part which exists on the rear side of a wearing person at the time of wearing, a back side part existing on a back side and a crotch part. The stretchable side panels 20 are joined and fixed to respective both right and left sides of the abdomen side and the back side. The stretchable side panels on the abdomen side and the stretchable side panels on the back side are joined and fixed, by which a waist aperture 15 and a pair of right and left leg apertures 16 are formed. Elastic materials 23 are arranged near D the waist aperture in the abdomen side part and the back side part. The back side part is provided with disposable tapes 30 on the surface of the rear surface sheet 12. |
