PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to rotate a load at a fixed position. SOLUTION: In a portable turntable device 20, a rotation plate 22 is rotatably arranged on a base plate 24 through a bearing 26 to form a turntable main body 27. A hydraulic jack 30 is arranged beneath the base plate 24 of the turntable main body 27 and the turntable main body 27 is constituted to be able to go up and down in one body by the jack 30.
