PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension controller capable of controlling damping force in conformity to the road surface in a properer manner. SOLUTION: When judgment that a road surface state is wavy, for the specified time (YES in S23), a damping offset value is made into a damping force reference value (S24). Accordingly, when traveling on the wavy road, damping performance is surely securable. In addition, output as a final output value to an actuator of the offset value made into the damping force reference value makes the offset value be set to 'zero' when it is judged to NO by the judgment (the value of an offset timer is less than the time reference value ?) of the step S23 (S25) whereby it is kept within the specified time (the time reference value), therefore the deterioration of riding quality with the increase of damping force is minimized thus damping force control can be optimized.
