PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to inexpensively impart a design to a wheel cap and its device by means of simple equipment. SOLUTION: This film sticking method of a wheel cap and its device comprise seven processes: (1) a table 20 is lifted up, setting up a wheel cap 10 in this table 20, (2) the table 20 is put in a vacuum box 30, whose upper part is opened, setting up a film 50 in an upper end of this box 30, (3) this film 50 is heated by a heater, (4) a pressure air box 40, whose lower part is opened, is set up on the vacuum box 30, (5) the inside of this box 30 is decompressed, (6) the table 20 is lifted up to a position in the pressure air box 40, pressurizing the inside of this box 40, and (7) the pressure air box 40 is removed and the cap 10, where the film 50 is stuck, is taken out, trimming any superfluous film.
