PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting-off apparatus in which a regulation by a retaining bolt is eliminated. SOLUTION: In the cutting-off apparatus, a corrugated fiberboard sheet 31 continuously fed from a previous step in a corrugated fiberboard manufacturing line is cut in a predetermined length by knives 19, 20 provided at upper and lower knife cylinders 1, 2 perpendicularly to a feeding direction. In this case, a race ring 6 supported at its eccentric position is provided at least one of shafts 3a, 3b for rotatably supporting the cylinders 1, 2. Thus, the at least one cylinder 1 or 2 is deformed as the ring 6 is rotated, and the knives 19, 20 provided at the cylinders 1, 2 are brought into contact with one another to cut the sheet 31.
