PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tiltable obstruction device such as tiltable car stop which does not cause a damage to a car nor receive a damage from the car even if it touches the car. SOLUTION: A tiltable obstruction device comprises a base part 2 installed in an installation position and an arch part 4 mounted on the base part 2 so that both a fallen position and a standing position can be taken. The arch part 4 is deformable when it receives an impact in the standing position.
