PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thick, uniform membrane efficiently and to improve work properties by a method in which, after lining, the curing of a coating film is accelerated by hot air in each lining section formed by dividing a pipe to be treated into a plurality of sections, the coating film is subjected to pseudo-curing by cooling air, and coating and coating film-curing are carried out while moving the sections in turn. SOLUTION: After the discharge member of each branch pipe of an existing pipe 1 to be treated was removed, fouling such as tubercle and scale in the pipe 1 is removed, the pipe 1 is heated, dried, and cleaned, from a main piping part in turn from the base end side to the terminal side, a section is determined between branch pipes, and coating is done.
