PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an adhesive force between a base material sheet and a transparent resin layer by using an olefin resin having a functional group as a resin for the transparent protecting layer and forming the transparent protecting layer so as to have a specific thickness. SOLUTION: An olefin resin having a functional group is used as a resin for a transparent protecting layer 3 formed on the surface of a base material 2 having an olefin resin layer 21 and the transparent protecting layer 3 is 0.5-15μm thick. In this case, another base material 22 on which the olefin resin layer 21 is laminated is, for example, a material such as a fibrous base material sheet or metal foil. The base material 2 is preferably about 5-200μm thick. Further, the olefin resin to be used in the olefin resin layer (an olefin resin sheet) is a high-density polyethylene resin, an inorganic filler or the like. In addition, the functional group to be pointed out is the carboxylic group of the olefin resin obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic acid, a methacrylic acid and the like.
