PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant conductive resin composition which has excellent conductivity, a good antistatic effect and good flame retardancy by formulating a polyamide resin, graphite particles, a bromine-containing compound and a flame retardation auxiliary. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant conductive resin composition comprises (A) a polyamide resin, such as polyamide 6, polyamide 66 or polyamide 66-6, (B) graphite particles which preferably have the maximum particle diameter of <=200μm and have the twofold value C0 of an average crystal face-to-face dimension at <=6.77, (C) a bromine-containing compound, such as brominated polystyrene or brominated polyphenylene ether, as a flame retardant, and (D) a flame retardation auxiliary such as antimony trioxide. The composition preferably comprises 100 pts.wt. of the component A, 30-150 pts.wt. of the component B, 20-50 pts.wt. of the component C and 5-20 pts.wt. of the component D. The composition preferably has a volume resistivity value of <=1010Ω.cm.
