PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic molding which is free from a flow mark, surface peeling, and others and good in appearance. SOLUTION: In the production of a plastic molding by injecting a molten resin P from a gate G into the cavity C of an injection molding mold 10, during a period from the start of injection to the middle of injection, in the cavity C, a flow regulating projected part 30 is protruded from a cavity 12 surface into the cavity, and the flow of the molten resin is regulated to make the molten resin flow while being made to collide with the projected part. Next, by retracting the projected part 30 from the cavity C, the regulation of the flow of the molten resin is lifted until the finish of injection.
