Preparation has wheat embryo an aqueous-spirituous extract in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: ethyl alcohol, 30-40; water, 58-68; tocopherols, 0.0003-0.001; vitamin B6, 0.005-0.01 and other hydrated components of wheat embryos, the balance. Method of preparing the preparation involves embryos extraction with 30-50% ethyl alcohol aqueous solution at the room temperature for at least 20 min. Then extract is separated by decanting and/or filtration followed by its heating at 60-70 C for at least 40 min. Liquid fraction is separated and purified by filtration through activated carbon. Invention ensures to obtain effective preparation used for normalization of immune and cardiovascular systems function.
