Lipophilic substances, particularly hydrocarbons and derivat ives thereof, are extracted preferably under the pH less than 7 t o the unsaturated fatty acids, preferably recycled sewage vegetab le oils. The used extracting agent is recycled by purification by adsorbents and distillation with removing of extracted lipophili c substances. The pH value of the output water is modified to the required value.
