The present invention relates to insoles, and provides a process for manufacturing insoles of shoes, which improves adhesiveness between the material of insole and the cloth. The process according to the present invention comprises stages of dispersing 2-4 parts by weight of vulcanizer and 1-3 parts by weight of vulcanization promoter in 100 parts by weight of latex to prepare an aqueous dispersion; adding 2-3 parts by weight of oleate and 10-20 parts by weight of filler thereto; then adding 4-6 parts by weight of polyol and 2-3 parts by weight of polysol to foam the mixture; pouring the foamed mixture to a mold; covering a coated cloth thereon; and drying and heating the material at 130-180 DEG C for about 10-30 minutes. |
