POWDER SUSPENSION, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THEREOF AND DEVICE FOR REALISATION OF THIS PROCESS

A process comprising the step of grinding powder particles finely to an average particle size of not more than 15 um by wet grinding in a liquid medium, the liquid medium for the wet grinding being a gas liquefied at a pressure of not more than 2 Mpa and the liquid gas being allowed to vaporise before, during or after the suspension is atomised. A device consists of a powder supply vessel, spraying nozzle, optionally heat-insulated line and a device for introducing heat so that the amount of the heat supplied is sufficient for vaporisation of the liquefied gas droplets.
