摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control thermal unconformity caused between turbine parts during stopping/ starting by arranging a turbine having first and second parts and a seal carried in a flow path by the first parts, increasing/decreasing a thermal medium bypassing the flow path according to relative movement between the first and second parts by the seal, and regulating one side temperature in both parts. SOLUTION: An annular seal 72 for controlling the flow of a thermal medium at a transient step of a turbine operation and for decreasing thermal unconformity, is arranged in a flow path of the thermal medium at a downstream of a cavity 60, and is arranged on one side or the other side in a rotor 10 and an exhaust frame 74, and an annular opening formed between parts is expanded or contracted according to relative movement in the axial direction between the exhaust frame 74 and the rotor 10. For example, during stopping, the exhaust frame 74 and the rotor 10 are moved relatively in a direction of closing the annular opening between mutually parts by thermal response. By the annular seal 72, the flow quantity of a cooling medium bypassing along a rear shaft wheel 42 is reduced, cooling speed of the rear shaft wheel 42 is decelerated, and thermal unconformity between the rear shaft and a fourth step wheels 42, 14 is held within a prescribed limits.
