PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production and assembling of segments, and to achieve strong connection. SOLUTION: A male joint 13 is constructed by fixing an elbow-shaped housing 17 inside a fixed member 15, fixing a screw washer 21 inside the fixed member 15 by means of shearing bolts 23, inserting the front end of a joint bolt 24 screwed into the screw washer 21 into a bolt insertion opening 16 of the fixed member 15, and providing a jig engaging portion 26 at the front end of a bolt head 25 of the joint bolt 24. A female joint 13' is constituted of a threaded cylinder, and the joint bolt 24 is rotated by a rotary jig inserted from a jig insertion port 18 of the male joint 13, to be screwed into the female joint 13'. Further, high torque is applied to the screw washer 21 by tightening, and then a shearing bolt 23 is sheared, to thereby draw the other segment 10.
