PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a staircase unit by arranging the staircase unit rolled retractably via an opening section in the storage section of a mobile stand. SOLUTION: A storage section 7 opened in the front is formed on a mobile stand 2, and a staircase unit 6 constituted of three split bodies 6a, 6b, 6c is arranged here. The split body 6a is retractably arranged in the storage section 7 of the mobile stand 2, the split body 6b is retractably arranged in the space of the split body 6a, and the split body 6c is retractably arranged in the space of the split body 6b. A lifting device for lifting the staircase unit 2 is provided in the storage section 7, and the staircase unit 2 is lifted to be separated from a ground floor 3 at the time of storage. When the staircase unit 2 is to be used, the staircase unit 2 is lowered, the split bodies 6a, 6b, 6c are extracted to the front side in sequence, and then handrails are fitted, thereby the staircase unit 2 can be easily installed manually.
